30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. All items are eligible for return if they meet the following conditions: unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint or hair. Merchandise should be returned in its original packaging bag with all tags attached.
Non-Seller Issues
If the return is due to reasons not caused by the seller, such as size doesn’t fit or ordering multiple items to try, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. For size-related issues, which are not the seller’s responsibility, we offer partial alteration support at a local tailor, up to 20% of the product purchase price, to provide better service.
Return Authorization

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may take additional time.
